Eduard
Makarov was born in 1962 in Sterlitamak,
Russia. In 1987 he graduated from
the Fedoskino Art School. He
painted many art works for the
collectors living in USA, France,
Sweden, England, and Holland. In
1995 Makarov became a miniature painting
teacher at the Fedoskino Art School.
